A SIGNED CONTRACT WILL BE OBTAINED WITH EVERY BOOKING. IF ANY OF THESE POLICIES ARE VIOLATED DURING YOUR RENTAL PERIOD, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES.

• No smoking/no open flame.

• No pets, unless approved by studio owner.

• All chairs, furniture, decor and electric backdrop system (coming soon) are included with each rental. Please use them with care and return props to original location, in original condition. If something is broken or damaged during your session, you will be responsible for replacing the item. Please let us know immediately.

• Renter may not sublease space to any third party.

• Please account for setup/breakdown time when booking.

• Use of underage alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.

• Music/noise must be kept at a reasonable level, as to not disturb neighboring tenants.

• Outside premises and main studio space is under video and audio surveillance at all times. Renter is responsible for notifying clients/guests.

• Boudoir photography is permitted, however explicit sexual activity or nudity is strictly prohibited. Please note that The Studio has large windows and is located on a main road. Sheer curtains are the only source of window covering from the inside of the space.

• No refunds. Cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to session date. We do understand that life happens, so we are happy to work with you and transfer your booking fee to an alternate date.

• Micro events are permitted. Micro Events cannot be booked through online booking. No more than 30 guests max. Special Event Policy is required if alcohol is present. Send us an inquiry for more info!
